Returns & Exchange Policy
•All returns for refund or exchange are available within 14 days from the day of purchase, are subject to approval by Firefly Electronics Boutique management, and are subject to up to 20% restocking fee if opened.
• Firefly Electronics will exchange defective software for the same product. However, due to copyright laws we do not accept returns or offer refunds on non-defective software that has been opened.
• Firefly Electronics will exchange but not refund defective headsets, special order products, external storage & memory devices.
Warranty & Service
• All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. If you cannot produce original receipt your right to exercise warranty will depend on our ability to verify your purchase.
• All monitors, notebook, and are covered by manufacturer's warranty.
• All services include a 6 months hardware labor limited warranty.
• Software and driver problems are not covered under labor warranty.
• All important data on hard drive should be backed up prior to service drop off. Firefly Electronics takes no responsibility for any missing or damaged files.
• Any product returned for warranty and is found not to be defective or is a software related problem will be charged $20/hour for labor (minimum 1 hour).
• If the product is defective within the warranty period, the product will be returned to the manufacturer for:
a) repair of the defective product
b) replacement of the defective product
c) replaced by similar functional products Warranty does not extend to any product that is physically damaged, mishandled, misused, improperly installed, is damaged by third party software installation or is not under normal operating conditions.
• Product returned to the manufacturer for warranty may take anywhere between 2 - 6 weeks for a replacement to arrive.
• The warranty on the replacement product is based on 1 year from the original purchase date.
